 Hi all,
This guy speaks like as if he was born with a thorough knowledge of Linux stuffed in his grey matter. One should never forget that each one of us at some point in the past had been a "newbie" to something or the other. During such a phase people are bound to be apprehensive of trying out something new.
Like for example may be some one is afraid of trying something because he may feel it would crash the whole system , or corrupt the hard disk , etc...
In such situations it is understandable for one to reach out for help, though it may look stupid to "OLD-TIMERS". But that's how progress is made. & There is more grace for "OLD-TIMERS" in answering stupid questions rather than patting there own backs.

No wonder he himself states "the post is immature & vague".

cheers,
