Re: Linux on cyrix

Hi,
     I have not used a MediaGX (I have a Cyrix MII), but I dont think
Linux should have any problems with it. You should get X-Windows
running on it as the standard XF86_SVGA server supports MediaGX.
( Try an XF86_SVGA -probeonly 2>/tmp/log and check in /tmp/log for
mediagx). My current XFree86 version is 3.3.1 (RedHat 5.2). I dont
know about the sound configuration.
