NIC installation...

Hi,
I have an IBM 300 MII machine with RHL 5.3 from March PCQ. It is working
perfectly. Now I want to add a Network card to thee box. How do I do it ??
What is the procedure to get it initialised at bootup and how do I assign a
static IP so that I can access it from a Windows machine using telnet or
MI/X. All suggestions are welcome. Looking ahead for an early solution.
