Really! In Jamshedpur U can still log into shell account by dialling to
shell phone number. Other option is to connect to tcpip & telnet to local
server ;-). This must be available - as roving *log on* facility between
metro's.

This is the only option if UR saddled with a PC without any browser loaded
in it. (Believe me - such things are still available - PC with internet
connectivity but no browser)
