Linux as gateway and DNS

Hello all,
I have set up a linux machine with the march pcq CD
It has two eth cards one to the local network and the other to the
ISDN (prestige hub)
I have run the pcqupdate to set up linux gatewaying and DNS on this
linux machine
Having the following problems
1) DNS dies down after booting,
It has to be started after booting manually
2) I am able to connect to the internet through the ISDN line
on the linux machine
I have enabled internet gaatewaying by way of the pcqupdate
which puts the /etc/rc.d/init.d/rc.fw file with the proper
entries , inspite of that I am not able to connect to internet
from any of the other windows machines which have been set up
with the linux machne as the gateway.
3) On the linux machine added the command
route add -net default gw 192.168.1.130 dev eth1
here 192.168.1.130 is the ipaddress of the ISDN hub
and eth1 is 192.168.1.50
and eth0 is 192.168.50.99
all the other machines have been set up with gateway 192.168.50.99
what else has to be done to get the gateway running
On the linux machine route shows the following
Kernel IP routing table

Any guidance will be very helpful , what else is to be done to
enable gatewaying
