Hi That seems to be a nice idea. What I can suggest is, form a group of
members
in one city where they will meet togather and discuss the matter and convey
the
conclusions or results of that meeting to others via mail or chat or
anything. In
this case the group will be wide and will be synchronized. Like I am in
bangalore
and wud like to get togather with all bangalorians who are planning to join
this
list server (your list server) and are ready to provide support. We will
discuss
the common issue there and things related to that and will convey the
result to
the other members.
     Anyway, I wud like to devote some of my time for this activity.
