running X windows

hi all,
    i am a student of electronics at P.E.C chandigarh.
    i have an Oak Technologies  SVGA  TV Tuner card but i cannot get X
windows to run on it.
    when i run startx it gives an error message and does not start
    also i have 2MB  VRAM but it shows only 64kb and exits

    the entire error message is attached below in out.txt
this file can be opened in dos editor and notepad with wordwrap turned
on
