hi Sunil
There is a sfotware called gozilla which manages all kinds of dowbnloads
, yes resumes it to,schedules it , hangs up the phone call after
completing downloads , gets into ur system tray etc..
Check it out at www.gozilla.com
The catch i think it is only for win95 machine and i am not aware of a
linux port
