help needed in fips (re- posted)

am re-sending this post as i did not receive any replies earlier.
somebody please respond.
I am stuck at the very first step.




Hi all.
fips is giving me an error right at the beginning.
 the output is given below.
have highlighted the error messages
I dunno what info about the system is needed.
it is a pentium MMX digital PC, with Win98 newly installed.

Could someone help ?
