CHIP RedHat 6

Anyone here installed RadHat 6.0 from CHIP CD?

Everything goes OK for me but if I give a halt command, everything is =
shut down and after the Message system is going for halt I get some =
numbers all over the screen.

Is this a faulty installation or what?

Also I get a plain directory listing instead of what 5.2 gives with =
colored single line for each file.
