Are u trying as root user ?? That is not allowed.
Try with a normal user.

Hi,

When I try to login to ftp server with proper user name and password on
Linux(Redhat 5.2), I get a meesage
"connecting to 10.0.0.180, connection refused".


Can anybody help?
