If I remember right, your hotmail.com (or was it yahoo.com) email address
was bouncing emails because it was out of disk space.  I generally try to
give as much leeway as possible before moving people to the bounces list. 
If the mail server was down, I would typically get messeges like 'Service
unavailable' etc.  But in your case the message I got was 'User exceeded
disk quota'.  I did not know how long it would be before you checked your
email and cleared some space for yourself.  That is why I moved you to the
bounces list.

Moving people to the bounces list is a manual process at the moment.  I am
bound to make mistakes.  In my defence, I have to wade through about 200
bounced emails every day (in addition to the 200+ I have to go through at
work).  If possible at all, I would urge people to use a "well behaved"
account for Linux-India.
