How was Mesa installed ??. If you have not user rpm to install Mesa, then
wine rpm has no way to fullfill its dependencies. So if measa is installed
from a tgz file, the force wine rpm with --nodeps option. The ofcourse if
Mesa is not installed in standard directory, U need to setup
LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable.
