imapd !!!

Hi,
	After my user read mails thru an imap client in my mail server
the permissions of their inbox gets changed from "-rw-rw----" to
"-rw-------". Even if i change their inbox permissions back to the
original one , making the next imap connection to my mail server, changes
my users inbox permissions again to "-rw-------" . What could be the
problem ?
