Re: Re: VideoCD Player for Linux

Hi Kaushik,

I searched for Video CD player in Yahoo and I got this site (www.mpegtv.com).
I have downloaded MTV player from that site. Than I received your mail. Any
way thanks.

The player contains mtv(graphical front end) and mtvp (actual player).
If I run graphical front end the file plays for about 1-2 minutes and than the
message to register comes on the screen. Sound becomes mute.

But if i directly play the file using the player (mtvp) the file is played fully. But
in both the cases the playback is in window. In graphical mode Full Screen option
splits the screen into two and the player gets hanged. While using the actual player
I am unable to do Full Screen Playback since there is no command line option
for full screen playback.

If you have used the same player and if you are able to run it in full screen mode than
please let me know.

My video card is SiS6215. X server running KDE.

Thanks

Rajesh
