RE: CHIP Special on Linux



Although I share in Jeff's enthusiasm for Red Hat 6.0 I would caution and 
state that from past experience the dot numbers (eg. Red Hat 5.2) is generally 
more stable/worthwhile/useful/has less bugs than something like .0 (eg. Red 
Hat 6.0).

And Jeff, if you are residing in Delhi, please do send me an email and I'll 
help you out with your Linux queries.  I must also remind you that there is a 
GT Enterprises person in Delhi (who himself is quite good with linux).  GT (as 
you probably know) are official distributors for all kinds of linux CDs and 
software in India.
