1) 10 min  guide  to  Linux ,  Que  publications  in  association  With 
Prentice Hall
   publications (Eastern  Economy  Edition). 

2) Unix : The  complete  Desk  Reference .  BPB

 P.S :  Both  have  no  Cds.
