Mukund - a 2-wire leased line and a telephone line cost the same amount, but
a 2-wire leased line has the advantage of no running costs (1 local call
every 3 minutes) that you have with a telephone line.

Note that a physical *64K* leased line costs just Rs.30,000 now!

p.s. Your Netscape continues to be set to char-type Chinese Big-5. Please
pull down the View|Preferences menu and set fonts to "Western Encoding",
then pull down the View|Character set and set that to Western, too.
