It is bit more tricky than that. The steps involved would be:
1) Install dial-in server using mgetty at the modem port and configure it=
 to
start pppd. This should also allow the client to talk TCP/IP over ppp. Do=
not
forget to enable disconnect when it is inactive for some time.
2) Configure Apache to serve the clients. The default configuration shoul=
d
work. You can build further on top of that.
3) If you are planning to run Apache only then disable other services in
/etc/inetd.conf and /etc/rc.d/ You can run apache on demand or as standal=
one
by configuring at these two places.
