Dr Pavri,
You can also get a ``hotline'' between your home and the clinic, which
is a 24-hour telephone line. Just attach modems at both ends and run
PPP, and you should be able to have a network between home and office
at a low cost. You local directory should give hotline rates from
MTNL/DoT (whichever is applicable).
