Not really...
Most of it is place, just can't figure out the networking part...

Could somebody please tell me what I will need exactly for setting up 
Ethernet and Dialup?
If possible could somebody please send me a step by step instruction 
set?
Possibly including the utils required (I'll take care of shrink 
wrapping them)...
And the scripts/config files required (and their location).
