Here we have people

- who questions the utility of having Indian language implementation on
computer.
- Have quiz masters, who can answer all questions of the world but can not
answer any thing on Indian mythology.
- Have people, who belive education = proficiency in English
- Have presidents and prime ministers who loves to give speach in english.

Do you find such stuff in Mexico.
