 Try sending a trojan + backdoor like Qaz.  A few computers at M$ HQ in Redmond
 got infected by a deliberately sent copy of Qaz, causing at least one server
 there to be compromised - this was a few months back.
 
 Or if the outlook version is old, there are any number of exploits with
 javascript / vbscript (and windows scripting host) ...
