 I wouldn't advise taking it - it's guaranteed to be overpriced (as NIIT and
 Aptech courses generally are).  Quality is also not a guarantee - as the
 quality of instructors at NIIT and Aptech centers varies drastically [besides
 which the good ones normally resign as soon as they get a better paying job
 elsewhere]

 Yes.  You have to apply for the rhce exam though - and that (i believe)
 includes the cost of course content
