4. Use dynamic  fonts and just send URL for the message in Email, Outlook
supports EOT fonts even in HTML email, sadly all my experiments with
dynamic fonts under Linux have been a total flop due to lack of support by
the browsers

For typing a java or javascript applet mapped to a regional language font
is enough.
