sir you did object to my sending of the lug summary but i'm sorry to say you
did not read it yourself.
at no place it is mentioned that lug-northindia is for northindians only,
almost 50 % of our current listers have nothing to do with northindia.

but everyone has to write lots of fart to get attention, what do you say?

i'm here to clarify any doubts you might have about "the new lug"
