Hello Rakesh,
	Yes mysql 3.23 version is somewhat stable.The only problem is that
sometimes the daemon does not start automatically and port error is
given.I am using MYSQL 3.23 for my projects and i am going pretty well
with it.Go ahead and upgrade to MYSQL 3.23
