Questions are not "unsolvable".  If your questions are not answered, it's likely that

	1. They have been answered ages ago, and you just have to search the list archives
	2. They have been answered on another lug ages ago, so search google
	3. Nobody (not even me) has the time / obligation to answer each and every q posted
