server crash...

Hi all,   

I am running RH 6.2 on a PIII processor with a server mother board. 

It crashes very often with the message 

Null pointer dereference error... memory address.. 

kernel panic.... blah blah.... (i can give the exact text if it could be of
any help)

Initially i found one of the memory chip (it was 64 + 64 MB) was faulty so i
replaced it... and now i have done this so many times whenever i try a
different chip the server crashes only once in  few days  but after a couple
of weeks it crashes several times a day all of a sudden.   and again when i
change the chip it works better for a week or so.. 

Can anybody suggest/direct me...?
