AFAIK, Tamil is the first language to be shipping with KDE 2.0  You
might want to ask around in the IndLinux@xxxxxxxxxxx mailing list or
www.indlinux.org

AFAIK, Hindi and Telugu are supposed to be supported under winDOS.
