Windows NT for Unix!!!

While surfing I found a surprising statement by one of the top importers of 
Indian Software from the USA's web site:

Microsoft is developing the next version of Windows NT for Unix exclusively 
using Indian engineers in Hyderabad. Microsoft commented that saving money 
was not the prime motivation but that India is a tremendous source for 
highly skilled professionals.
