Hi All,

This is my first posting to this list.

Well, the deletion comes into effect iff user B does not save it while
closing. 

You can avoid such accidental erasures by setting the permissions
appropriately. If you are modifying the file while editing, you are most
likely to save it before closing, so the file is again created(if it was
deleted by user A).

Also, Linux (Unix) assumes that its users know what they are doing, and
hence it does not insult their intelligence. So, it is assumed that all
Linux users are intelligent ;)
