LILO: The New SiS6215 ?

Hi All,

Nowadays large HDDs are becoming very common ( actually those are pretty
hugemungus for those of us who started on 10MB) on desktop machines.
LILO's 1024-cylinder limit is starting to be a pretty nasty limitation.

As I understand it, the latest version of LILO fixes this problem. Does
any body have a link for RedHat rpms for it? It would make a great
canned response for the numerous people facing the the problem.

Of course, it'd be even better if the next PCQ CD had it. How's that for
a hint?
