memory problem

Hi all

I am facing a queer problem... I have 512 M memory on my machine...
thats physiclaly installed... But I never get that emory for my
programs... I have no iodea whats wrong... I am putting the contents of
/proc/meminfo below...

can some one please help me out and lemme know what can be the problem
or where to look for the solutoipn... if u need any other info plesae
lemme know...
