Hi Yashpal ,
VSNL does not allow Relaying , it will not accept any email from addresses 
other than the vsnl series of domains. You need to look for another open 
relay (i doubt you will find one) or setup your own mail server with SMTP 
delivery directly to the recipients server. I had the same problem , we 
chose to setup our own mail delivery .
