How to configure Pci Serial card in Redhat linux 7.0

Dear all,
   Does any body has idea to configure Sunix 406d PCI serial card in
Redhat linux 7.0?I want to use 4 serial ports.So,i put one pci card
which has 2 serial ports.In pci devices list,it is sensing the card as
Serial controller.But,when i connect the serial mouse,it is not
working.Help me to do it.
