Re: lilo boot

Try reinstalling Linux in upgrade mode. This time install lilo on the root
Linux partion and not on MBR
Also set the bootable partion to Linux. So next time u install windows and
it overwrites MBR you won't loose lilo, windows will only set the bootable
flag in the partion table to its partition. Then using dos fdisk set the
bootable flag back to Linux partition.
