hmm...
u need to have and account with a usenet server first.
i use new.cis.dfn.de.
u have to apply for an account first...then u can post messages too...
then, u need a  news reader... i use slrn present with rhl7.1 i think... but
pan will do fine too.

hmm.. id rather not give any credit to PCQ... all they do is write a few
