RE: bind + mysql

While everything in the world can indeed be
stored in a 'general purpose database' like mySQL, (e.g. product
of all pair of natural numbers, indexed by both the numbers ),
most of the time, for performance, common sense and lot of other
.'ens', a software uses it's own format to keep database. bind
must be using it's own way of keeping data for this reason. Building
a SQL Query interface / ODBC / JDBC over bind's database can be an
interesting project.
