ORACLE PROBLEM

Hi,
I am facing a problem while connecting through sqlplus
when i connect by sqlplus system/manger i connect to the database but
after connecting by @ i.e sqlplus system/manager@nms
it hangs.I have checked tnsnames.ora listener.ora

any help
