  The easiest way is:
  just delete /etc/securetty

Warning: it is dangerous in a connected world!

Better get habit of su as this is good and safe for a sys. admn. If u wish
to acquire root environment as well issue the following command:
$ su -

Can any one tell me , how to do root login from a remote system.
i am not able to do this.

basically i want to know how to allow root login from remote system ,and i
dont want to use "su"
