"neighbor table overflow"

Hi All,
I am unable to understand the implication of the error message - "neighbor
table overflow". 
First, it appeared on the DNS Server running Bind 8.1, leaving no other
option but to physically reboot the system. The system was later
restructured(with Bind 8.2) and the error never appeared later.
Second, at another pc, this error occurs while running mpg123,
but the application performs smoothly. The system hanged just once in
between.

Kindly let me also know.
