Re: A move from sco 3.2 to linux



Hi Yashpal,

I'd go with RH 6.2, but that's because I believe the 7.0 is a piece of
cr*p.  RH ships their kernel with iBCS included by default, so you
shouldn't have problems with that aspect; something like modprobe iBCS
should do the trick.

I'd suggest looking for driver info in the kernel source directories.
Try a make menuconfig in the kernel source directory, which will give
you options for all the serial boards the kernel supports.
