You can use linuxconf to do this, or you can manually edit /etc/sysconfig/network.

If you do it manually, also make sure that your /etc/hosts file contains something like:

127.0.0.1  myhost.mydomain.org   myhost localhost.localdomain localhost

Replace myhost and mydomain.org with your own values. Leave the localhost and localdomain intact.
