Nice to see that u hav finally got an e-mail id w/o that signature...
basically u get these info from the proc filesystem, if u wan't to use them
from a program. otherwise there are small utilities that give u this
information. U can get a lot of info from the proc filesystem, stuff like
the processes, ram usage, etc.. It is used by programs like top, free, ps,
etc...
