now since we know that logrotate is not exactly a red hat thing (though the
author has a redhat.com e-mail id, and all the tar.gz files seem to be from
redhat), i wud suggest that u search for its tar file at google (logrotate
linux tar <- try this). It is quite good, and comes with the basic scripts
for all the system log files. Also i guess u will hav to add logrotate to
your daily cron job!
