Dude,

May be a good idea to get your network admins to remove this footer
from messages posted to mailing lists, since by definition a mailing
list violates about 3276 of the 3290 rules that you've put down here.
It also adds to the traffic on the list without adding any value
(except the benefits of a good laugh) and as such can be considered
tantamount to a huge .sig.

In any case, this disclaimer appearing after a message is of no legal
value -- in order to be effective, it must precede the message.
