Hi friends ,
i have also joined this linux group . i am working on
sco unix and also works on linux .i have 2 questions ,
first if i forget the root password then is there any
other user by default that can change the password of
root ,or what one should do in this circumstance .
and second one , if any how i have deleted the
/etc/password file . but passwords are stored in the
shadow file . is there any way , from that i can
recover the passwords of user and can generate the
/etc/password file.
