Socks Clients in RedHat

Folks,

Help required.

What RPMs, and where are they available, required to be a SOCKS 5 client in 
RedHat 6.2?

The user is behind a IIS SOCKS 5, and cannot locate any info for how Red 
Hat handles this.  Does it have a libsocks, to transparently do this, or 
socksified clients for telnet, etc.

Compiling from source is not preferred, after all, one _is_ using a 
distribution.

User can also switch to Mandrake 7.1, but my knowledge of that is equally 
sketchy.
