Apache error !

Hi Folks,
     We are facing a peculiar problem with our Apache.When we load a page,we
get the "page couldnot be displayed " in IE and "Page not found" in
Netscape.And that too this occurs sometimes and not always.Moreover this
error could not be replicated in US [looks strange.huh?!?] Could any one
suggest a solution for this ?
